The key element in each situation is that we work exclusively for you to accomplish your purposes. All of our services are geared exclusively to your needs and included in a single fee, set in advance of our work together. You may choose to use some or all of what we offer as well as to direct us to work with outsiders.
In addition, we are affiliated with Lowenhaupt & Chasnoff, LLC, the law firm founded by
Abraham Lowenhaupt in 1908, now managed by his grandson, and on your behalf, can secure
their services to draft instruments and provide other legal services-within the protective
confines of their duties of confidentiality and your rights to attorney-client privilege.
However, you are not required to use any specific expertise of our affiliate. Some of our
families rely on us for investment advice, while others look to us for coordination of
investment services and reporting.
